Faith?

Don't doubt in the dark what God has shown you in the light.

No matter how hard you try, in a room that's completely dark, you'll never be able to see anything. Even if you know for sure that something is in the room, it's impossible to see it if the room is totally dark. You know it's there, but you just can't see it.

That's what faith is like. You may be absolutely confident that God loves you; however, during the difficult and dark times in life, you may not be able to see that love.

Hebrews 11:1 defines faith as being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see. Even when you don't see God's love for you, you can still have faith that he loves you -- that is, you can be certain that he loves you, even though you don't see it.

During those "dark times" in your spiritual life, you may not be able to see God's love, his faithfulness, his grace, or his promises to you; however, don't lose your faith. Be certain of what [you] do not see.
One day, your faith will be sight.

Faith?..Believing in what you can't see.
Last wednesday, my index finger got bitten by *god knows what it was, meaning, I don't know what was it*, the next thing I knew was, my finger was swollen! The whole Thursday, I was busy scratching my finger. On Friday morning, my finger grew bigger! similar to a small little sausage..my gosh, I was in shock. It was rather too late when I finally decided to go to the doctor, so, I decided to go on Saturday. I was praying on Friday night, praying that the itchiness would go off, so that I can have a good night sleep, as for the pass 2 days, I haven't been sleeping very well..& so, I did have a good night sleep. On Saturday, I went to see the doctor, which cause me 65 dollars! man, but, there's nothing I can do to avoid that. It's my fingers, without them, I can't play the piano, can't even write! so..there goes my 65 dollars, for consultation fees. Then another 25 dollars for the medicine. At that very momment, I so wanna be a doctor!!*lolz..*
Now, I'm just so thankful that the rash did not spread to other parts of my body. Still wanna be a doctor!*droOol*...blahahahah...

why not study?

Just suddenly feel like posting..but have nothing much to say though. I know I should be studying right now, but just couldn't concentrate. I want to do well so badly, cause, there's no reason why I can't. Yet, I just can't settle down and do work properly, besides practising the piano. It's the only thing that I'll never get bored of..though sometimes frustrated cause I just couldn't get some easy pieces right, but, I still love it. I just discovered something new online, online games!so much fun! Don't think I'll ever get to study!sigh sigh sigh...concentrate!focus!!

My Previous Post

Seems like blogspot doesn't approve my previous post which is titled Busy Weekend. I did write something, but nothing appear apparently!*arrggghhhgaaahhhh*... Anyway, all I've gotto say that last weekend was a really busy weekend, with choir, hair cut, & of cause last round of shopping before exam. Really am amazed by myself, considering how busy I was, I was still able to shop!woohoo..guess the shopping spirit never dies!

It's wednesday. This will be the second last day in this semester. Yeah, and thursday will be the last day! phew...time flies. Can't believe that it's been 3 months since I left home. Cheejin was right, now that I'm about to leave, I feel kinda reluctant. I'll definitely miss all my friends here, not that I have tonnes of them...the lecturers, and the Univ. Coming to univ. has become one of my daily routine now...just like waking up every morning, something new awaits. Next week will be the official study week, which means, I probably won't see any of my friends. Last week of class = loads of pics!!yeah, have been taking pictures everyday, since tuesday. I took one really funny picture with my piano teacher...gonna post it later.

My internet is not working properly...maybe because I didn't pay the bills. But then again, there were no bills sent...so, not really my fault!! Now I know how incovinient to not have internet access at home. My gosh..how can people not have internet??!!

Currently in the state of missing school...what??grace's missing school?!kidding, but I am!

After going through 9 days of sleeping at around 5am and waking up at 1pm, I'm finally back!That was what happen to me last week. Ever since karaoke on that thurs, sleeping at 5am and waking up in the afternoon was my daily routine. *ashame*.I even missed my piano class on wed!That was bad. Crossing my fingers, I hope she's not mad. All in total, I missed 2 tutorials, 1 lecture*because I went for breakfast instead*, piano class, and private piano lesson!! Am I not great?!

No worries! Grace is back . Still as lazy, but not gonna skip class! I will wake up for class! I will practise! I will complete my techniques by wed! I will buy the tuning fork! I will study!*I hope*...*gringrin*..I will read the bible daily!

I'm so motivated. Doesn't sound like me at all huh?!yeah..I know, I know..Grace?motivated?hardworking?Do these words even occur in her dictionary?*I don't think so!!*...but the thought of going back in June, finishing my exam on the 9th, visiting cheejin after my exam*most probably, hurray!*, mom and dad coming over after my exam*mayb*, party all day long after 9th of June!hurRay!!!can't wait, yet, not prepared for exam! Therefore, I shall start studying!!

When I got home just now, I received a mail from Huaiyi!Hi babe!I miss ya!!A really sweet card, with a bookmark. So sweet!I can't believe it!I mean, since when is miss Yow so creative?!ahahah..lolz. I'm really happy & touch!!Thanks for being such a caring friend!!

Quick update

Saw those pics down there?! uhuh..was at the opera "The Magic Flute". It was great! One of the best opera that i've watched. Well, not that I've watched tonnes of them, just two. *ahem*..It was good! At first, I thouhgt it would be boring, however, it turns out to be funny, and the singing was so good. Totally love Papageno!*one of the main characters*Highly recomended!=)
Before the opera, we*Yolanda, Diana, Peixin & Tracy* went to Bell's apartment for dinner!man, she's a good cook. So, thanks bell,*ding dong bell*, for such a gReat meal!

phEw!After opera, I went to karaoke with Erica & her friends. It was *tiring*..cuz we stayed till like 4 in the morning...but still, good singing!It's been so long since I last went to karaoke, like 2 months ago?!yeah, its long, don't ask why!

I'm exhausted...so spent the whole sat sleeping...till now. Finish talking on da phone with ma mom. It's her birthday today!Happy birthday mom! Sigh..I love you mom!=)
