I should not have enrolled in summer course.
Reasons:
I miss home already! My family, friends, food..arrrggghhh...
Gloomy weather. Broken hearts. The atmosphere is rather depressing.
Solution:
Bear with it.

Im sure the long-term benefits of doing the summer course will (probably) outweigh the effects of homesickness..... And besides, you get to go to Japan!! *wink*
